😠 The WORST non responsive domain registration company for .com.sg registration. If you are helping your client register for a domain, avoid this company at all cost. You'll be screwing yourself as there is totally no way to contact them at all other than opening support tickets which they take ages to respond to.

We have been with Domain Registration Singapore for more than 10 years and have more than 1200 domains with them plus 100+ hosting services subscribed. From our experience, they have, by far, the best support when we experience issues on very rare occasions. Their one-reply resolution is superb and their support team is very straightforward. No bullsh*ts! One thing I noticed though is that they do not do marketing and sale-sy website. Their dashboard is pretty standard. However, they are more into solutions and put their budget into maintaining their blazingly fast and top-of-the-line hosting servers. I felt that they give more importance to the business of the customers -- a truly service-oriented company. We give them more than 10 stars rating.

😠 The client side sucks. Nothing works. Custom Name Servers not working, all other options not working. Even if I want to use provided name server, there is no way to edit, add host etc.
