😠 I had BOD for several years and in those years i have had a several problems..some of them took several days to resolve. i was always promised better and I stayed on hoping things would get better. At the moment I have just simple e-mail and we have not done anything on our server for a while but we are down yet again and I forsee the same kind of problems again.
There are people who work at BODhost but just a handful that can be really helpful or help and issues take too long to sesolve. If you wpould like serious hosting pay a little more and get a professional service...these guys suck!! I'm gonna run away soon as I an fed up.

😃 I have been very happy with my web hosting provider but at one day suddenly my site was not available and I am continuously calling my web hosting provider and there was no known to answer my questions why would my site facing downtime ? My hosting provider replied me the resources have a bug in it and can not be alive and they have no backup for the same. Then I switched to Bodhost UK Dedicated hosting services after reading customer reviews about it and I found the service reliable they quickly complete the server setup and today my site is running without any interruption.

😉 I have been with Bod Host for years now and have had about 5 or 6 servers over the past years. They have like 2 or 3 good support people and the rest are just so so. About 2 months ago my server was hit by a hacker and we had to replace the OS. It took about 4 days to do because of the amount of data to get back into the server. With a new OS comes all the tweaks to get it back to where it was before it was hacked. We were about 6 days into this and they just quit. They started playing games, They lied a few times and there was never a need to do that. They blocked the chat. Un hooked my backup drive while it was restoring a bunch of sites. Just crazy stuff.
6 months ago I would have said they were the best. After getting hacked and seeing how they just wanted to pick fights and do crazy stuff I have to say to stay away.

😁 I am an old client of Bodhost.co.uk.I am hosting my three website at BodHost . I am completely comfortable with the assistance they provide by text support & phone support . I bought two services which are windows vps and dedicated server.They provide you the best service as compared to my other web hosting provider . Bod host are the best out of all i had an experience with.Their servers work with no outages and their managers know how to run their servers them to be online consistently. Plans are resourceful and their system of discounts seems to be the best one as you may save your funds using them significantly. Uptime is surprising.

😠 They took payment then asked for information to confirm account (passport or Drivers liscense), was not prepared to send this information so asked for a refund.
We're a UK company and can be checked out very easierly, stay clear of this host if your looking for professional hosting.

😠 I had un-managed Vps service with Godaddy and was looking for a hosting company with managed Vps service.
I came across Bodhost. I gave them a call and spoke with a support staff. He sounded knowledgeable.
Happy that I found the right company I signed up for the service and went through so many verification steps.
They successful ran my credit card and and when service was established they asked for faxed driver license.
Every person that I spoke with was in India and I didn't want to send a copy of my license with my signature on it to them. Not only that it is invasion of my privacy too.
I spoke with a manager and he sounded like a true gestapo and that is when I realized this company is operated by bunch of narrow minded armatures.
And I immediately asked them to cancel the order.
This guys are bunch of armatures and shouldn't be trusted. Their policies whatever it is doesn't belong here.
Funny thing is that they don't even supply information about their U.S. office so [read more...]

😁 Form last six months I have been with them the network has been up 100%. One server did develop a hardware fault (which they spotted before it was a problem, and organised the fix to be at 1am when our site was quietest. It only took them 10 minutes). They are proactive, professional and as their adverts say - fanatical. It's nice to have a supplier so reliable.
