I had un-managed Vps service with Godaddy and was looking for a hosting company with managed Vps service.
I came across Bodhost. I gave them a call and spoke with a support staff. He sounded knowledgeable.
Happy that I found the right company I signed up for the service and went through so many verification steps.
They successful ran my credit card and and when service was established they asked for faxed driver license.
Every person that I spoke with was in India and I didn't want to send a copy of my license with my signature on it to them. Not only that it is invasion of my privacy too.
I spoke with a manager and he sounded like a true gestapo and that is when I realized this company is operated by bunch of narrow minded armatures.
And I immediately asked them to cancel the order.
This guys are bunch of armatures and shouldn't be trusted. Their policies whatever it is doesn't belong here.
Funny thing is that they don't even supply information about their U.S. office so I could make a direct complain.
Bottom Line: They are bad news and you should stay away from them.
