😞 Very poor billing. They are moving all their domains from DomainPeople to Tucows and got one of my domains suspended and then billed me twice for another domain. Other headaches as well...

😠 Manticore Media Group, the company running BlueFur.com, is owned by Gary and Lisa Jones, and used opt-in billing in running their former company MonsterHosting.ca which uses the same BlueFur.com logo. I found that they automatically renewed client domains and hosting plans without first receiving clients' consent. This practice has got to be illegal, and maybe that's why they closed MonsterHosting.ca and re-opened the same business under the name BlueFur.com.

😠 Horrible Horrible Horrible support - I have sent more than 3 email requests regarding charges on my invoice and credit card and have still heard nothing back (its been 3 weeks) I finally had to cancel my credit card - and ask the CC company to refund my money for the "unknown" charges from Bluefur. My suggestion to anyone considering bluefur.com is to check out hostgator.
