😠 scam company
took hosting. services did not meet expectations. requested a refund. at first they tried to justify themselves by saying they don't do refound, then they asked for passport selfies, when asked what law obliges me to do this they banned my account.

😠 I literally inquired about their servers because they were off-shore from the U.S., and was going to sign up for one, but the requirement is free speech. Seems like a simple request. Of course we have TOS specified clearly against anything illegal, and their reply was that they don't support free speech. I am not kidding you. I don't know how to share the actual screenshot of their reply, but it was the oddest reply I've ever seen. I would not recommend them.

😠 My domain was hosted by Zone in Estonia. Everything was not perfect, but the commercial service available and courteous and they did not steal anything.
For reasons related to my activity, I decided to transfer elsewhere: I chose bacloud for a test on October 11, 2019.
 They are are thieves and scammers.
Even a machine translation can make the difference between online marketing and mailing marketing, I found the online chat comments stupid, but I didn't give them any more importance.
Access to Cpanel is not automatic, I had to make a claim for my account to be activated. A delay of 24 hours after the payment by Paypal. I do not even linger on the casual tone of their answer.
When I look closely at what the configuration of their server allows me, I realize that it is not really what they promise in their offer. I made a request for cancellation and refund. They have not responded yet.
