😠 This site is a scam. Whatever you buy, they will never give you the service. They make you activate the service in their panel in fake mode and never complete the domain registration. You write to them and they tell you that the domain will be suspended by the registry, blah blah blah. But if you have never delivered and registered it hahaha this site is totally fake. Scammers steal from you.

After almost 1 year subscription I found difficulties in the network link connectivity and ended up in the blocking of the service for the claims that they cant proof with real logs.
Too bad they did this. It seems they never want to maintain good customer and better leave vps provider like this. Not good for long run

Fortunately found Monovm, where all their servers are the latest spec, and helped us to update our hardware without interruption. 😁 I really have to share this with all of you. I had a problem with my site and I contacted the support team. It turned out they had a small problem and they fixed it. As compensation, they gave me a free SSL certificate. I had only about 45 mins downtime, but even for that they gave me the ssl for free. thanks guys!!

😠 Mono VM - SCAMMERS!
I paid for my server via coinpayments, $49, chose BTC.BEP2 as the payment method. I transferred money from the Binance exchange, and to coinpayments, and on the Binance, the payment was fully completed (all confirmations). However, according to the support, the money did not reach them (Which is not true, because the payment status is completed) and they started feeding me breakfast on the screenshots further.

😁 We are 100% satisfied with Monovm. We have been using Monovm for over two years. We are completely satisfied by the speed and availability of the service. We are also excited that we can spin-up new servers as soon as we need them, and decommission them right after the end of each project. No lengthy commitments and no waiting time. Invoicing has also been a smooth experience. We get the invoice at the start of each month, which explains in detail what we need to pay. No surprises, no strange invoice terms. Customer service is also very good. We needed to contact them once and they responded quickly and to the point without beating round the bush.

😁 18.Been with them for 2 years now, and they constantly upgrade. I didn’t have to pay for any of the new upgrades. Despite the reviews here my experience with them was really good. Always I got the support from them. There were some days where they took a while to respond to my tickets but other than that I haven’t had any problem.

The server lagged, and then stopped connecting. I had very important files, unfortunately I did not think of making a backup. As a result, I lost more than $ 500, because I did not complete the work on time. Who will compensate me for this loss?
The server is down for more than 8 hours. Support constantly asks one and the same thing twice, simply pulls time. Answer long. Online consultant does not perform any function, send write tickets!
