😉 Poor Communication Skills with Buyers
While it may be easy to browse the artwork and place bids on Artnet,once your bid has been accepted there is little to no communication back from te Seller. Artnet IMMEDIATELY charges their 20% off the top to the Buyer's credit card. Once payment has been made,however,there has been total silence from the Seller and/or Artnet back to me. Some ridiculously absurd shipping estimate is sent. When I reply that that is way too expensive,again,there is silence in return.
As of this date,I have two payments that have been made somewhere out in the abstract world (I've never received confirmation that they were even made) . Of course,I have been charged Artnet's commission well in advance. I just would like to know where my artworks are. Shame on Artnet for such poor communication skills with the public.
