I bought VPS and they send me ssh access. Nothing working
In control panel reinstall VPS, boot, reboot etc is not working

😠 Don't use these guys for anything. They'll make you cry.
These guys take forever to "activate" your hosting when you've already paid. Once it's activated it doesn't even work... in my experience. Very poor customer service also.

they stole $39.99 and another 139.99 for NO reason...

don't try one like this
with offer 1 year and i called it 1 offline year offer
my site's go offline 3 time's in 4 days
cpanel error i can't add domain or remove it
support very very slow i opend ticket 6 - 12
till now my problem not fixed and some of my site's down
i got answered like

😠 Worst support ever
I have a Windows reseller account with AlfainHost. On July 30, 2011, one of my clients informed me that the FTP server was not working for his account. I verified that the FTP server on AlfainHost's Windows server was refusing connections and opened a support case (#170940) with AlfainHost on July 30, 2011 at 13:49.
There was no reply until August 2, 2011 at 09:42 after two more requests from myself for a status update. They indicated they were working on the problem.
I requested a status update again on August 5, 2011 at 11:07 as the FTP server was still non-functional and received an almost identical canned response on August 6, 2011 at 16:28 that they were working on it.
It is now August 8, 2011 0:33 and the problem is still not resolved. If it takes 9 days and counting to restart the FTP service, this is the worst service I've ever seen. The outlook for me continuing service with AlfainHost much longer is not good.

😠 Requested an account, sent money, never got my account activated. Sent 2 tickets to billing support, never received a reply. Did receive 2 overdue notices. This is a complete scam. Don't fall for it.
