VH.PL is a Polish web hosting and domain provider founded in 2004 and operated by Prociv Sp. z o.o. Founder and CEO Michał Misztal has been active in the Polish hosting and domain industry for more than two decades. The privately owned company is headquartered in Wrocław and operates as part of the Prociv Group, alongside the Domenomania hosting and domain business.

The company serves approximately 24,000 customers and has handled more than 59,970 domain registrations. Its team remains relatively compact, which supports a more direct service model than the heavily automated approach commonly used by large international hosting brands.

The service range concentrates on shared web hosting, WordPress hosting, e-commerce hosting, business email, domain registration, DNS management, SSL certificates, website migration, server administration, and affiliate services. WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and general online-store hosting use the same shared hosting platform, with the available resources determined by the selected package.

The main hosting lineup begins with Wizytówka, an entry-level package with 5 GB of NVMe storage and three email accounts. S increases storage to 25 GB and removes the mailbox limit. M includes 50 GB, while L provides 150 GB for larger business websites, online stores, and projects with higher storage requirements.

Every package includes unlimited hosted websites, unlimited traffic, free SSL certificates, LiteSpeed, HTTP/3, QUIC, Redis, SSH, SFTP, WP-CLI, WP Toolkit, Composer, Git, automated application installation, Imunify360 protection, and PHP versions from 5.6 through 8.5. Website and email backups are created twice per day and retained for up to 31 days.

The email platform supports POP3, IMAP, webmail, authenticated SMTP, aliases, catch-all addresses, autoresponders, mailing lists, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, spam filtering, and antivirus protection. These features make even the smaller plans suitable for companies that want to manage both websites and professional email within the same account.

The current catalog contains an important discrepancy. The primary hosting lineup includes Wizytówka, S, M, and L, while the detailed technical comparison replaces S with an XL package offering 500 GB of NVMe storage for PLN 799 net per year. The technical table allocates 2 CPU cores and 2 GB RAM to the smaller plans, 4 cores and 4 GB RAM to L, and 6 cores with 6 GB RAM to XL. The S plan remains available in other areas of the service and is still included in the affiliate program, so customers should confirm the exact configuration before ordering the XL package.

The domain registration service covers Polish, European, global, functional, and regional extensions. Customers receive domain search, DNS administration, electronic ownership changes, bulk transfers, and AuthInfo-based transfer support. Transfers of Polish domains into VH.PL are free.

Hosting administration and domain billing are handled separately. The customer account manages purchases, renewals, invoices, and domain settings, while cPanel is used for website, database, file, email, security, and hosting-resource administration.

Free migration is available with every hosting package. The migration service covers websites, WordPress installations, databases, and email accounts. The technical team can copy the data, test the transferred service, and change the domain configuration after customer approval. This considerably reduces the technical risk for smaller businesses moving from another provider.

The affiliate program pays 40% of the initial hosting order and 20% of every subsequent renewal, without a fixed commission expiration period. Earnings can be transferred to a bank account or applied as credit toward hosting, domains, and other services.

VH.PL also acquires customer portfolios from smaller Polish hosting providers, agencies, and software companies. Three acquisitions have already been completed. Customer accounts are transferred to VH.PL infrastructure rather than continuing to operate on the previous provider’s physical equipment.

VPS and dedicated servers are included as possible service categories in the hosting regulations, but they do not currently have a complete public catalog with standard configurations and prices. Server administration is also available without a public fixed-price table. The practical retail offer therefore remains centered on shared hosting, WordPress, e-commerce, email, and domains.

The website has a modern design and works well on current desktop and mobile devices. The service is intended mainly for Polish customers, with the interface, documentation, support content, and billing presented in Polish. Prices are denominated in Polish złoty — PLN, and visitors can switch between net and gross amounts.
