😠 Very deceptive in how they sell their products. When I called to renew my Hosting Package, the Sales Rep lied and told me he was setting up the renewal, when he was instead charging me for a brand-new package (that I didn't need), so I ended up having to purchase a second package for more money to get the renewal. When I tried to get a refund for the duplicated services that I didn't need, my appeal was denied, and the 'manager' denied the request for refund. These people are terribly dishonest and will lie to you straight-faced to make a sale on product that you don't need. There are much better companies out there that charge a lot less. Network Solutions is horrible, dishonest company... shop around!!!
