DesignVAR said deploying its private label design services will help WebIntellects streamline costs and increase revenue potential.
"WebIntellects started out as a small Web design and hosting firm five years ago. So when we looked to outsource our design projects, it was important to find a partner who had the same desire to satisfy a customer with excellent design services," says Len Geiger, president of WebIntellects. "DesignVAR's private label solution offered just that. Plus it helped lower our overhead and maximized our Web design margins."
Geiger said that according to its studies, customers do not prefer to use Web site building software solutions.
"We've found that most medium sized businesses won't even try a 'do-it-yourself' site builder," says Geiger. "They are more interested in having a service provider build them a professional online presence, host it, and then manage it."
Both DesignVAR and WebIntellects are based in San Diego, California. WebIntellects recently deployed Hosting Controller, the Windows-based control panel developed by Advanced Communications (advcomm.net).
