😠 I had my business website and emails hosted by Deluxe for 10 years and it was NOTHING but trouble for the past 3-4 years, with the service being down for hours and days on end, without any help. It happened OVER and OVER and all they ever said was "we're sorry for any inconvenience, as my business lost thousands of dollars as a direct result of them. I have no axe to grind, they simply are HORRIBLE.

😠 Stay away from these incompetents
Our site has been down far too often but this takes the cake. They are doing a migration. We were told from 3pm to midnight on sat oct 9 our website would be down. I notified our clients about the 9 hour outage It is now 6 pm on oct 10. There is nobody to reach. No customer service. No information. These are clearly highy incompetent people. Stay clear of this hosting company if you are running a business. I will be starting a lawsuit for lost business. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOSTING COMPANY
