Nov 7, 2005 : Web Host NET Telcos Buys Sentraliant

📅 November 7, 2005 - Managed hosting and colocation provider NET Telcos (nettelcos.com) announced on Monday that it had acquired managed hosting provider Sentraliant for an undisclosed amount.
 The deal includes all Sentraliant's assets, including a 4,000 square-foot data center facility and 12,000 square feet of disaster recovery office space. "It's a win-win situation for all of the clients involved," says Jake Magarity, CEO of NET Telcos. "We were rapidly reaching capacity in our data centers and now we can expand our capacity and services without moving. We've already upgraded the technology used in the data center and are planning further improvements." Magarity says the acquisition was important because it supports the growth of its client base and fills the need for off-site disaster recovery services.  NET Telcos is based in Richmond, Virginia.
