📅 December 15, 2005 - New Jersey-based managed Web hosting provider DataPipe (datapipe.com) announced on Thursday that it had established DataPipe Asia with the acquisition of data center space and the expansion of its sales and support teams in Hong Kong, China.

The company says that high demand in the enterprise space has driven its international expansion.

"We are responding to the growing demand from our clients for customized, cost-effective solutions that improve efficiency and value across the enterprise," says Robb Allen, CEO of DataPipe. "Opening a facility in Hong Kong allows us to extend direct support to our customers and partners in the Pacific Rim."

DataPipe also has operations in the United Kingdom.
