📅 March 1, 2006 - Domain registrar and Web hosting provider RegisterFly (registerfly.com) announced on Tuesday it has introduced its new pricing model, Instant Coupons.


RegisterFly say its Instant Coupons enable consumers to customize domain pricing based on their individual needs. Depending on the domain name extension, domain names can be purchased for as low as $1.19 each.

The Instant Coupons are a bulk-registration pricing option that offer discounted rates for registrations of blocks of domains. A customer can purchase a coupon for a block of domains at a discounted rate. The price of the coupon is deposited into the customer's account, and they can begin using that money to register domains. The Instant Coupons expire after 24 hours.

"With Instant Coupons customers can determine the domain price and quantity limit that best suits their need," says Terry Kocek, VP of sales at RegisterFly. "The dynamic pricing model can scale to an individual customer's requirements and budget. The custom coupon pricing is set in real-time and clients can immediately start registering domain names at the discounted pricing based on the coupon they created."
