📅 - A prolonged cooling failure at RadiusDC's Phoenix data center has knocked services offline for multiple hosting providers, including Namecheap and Hosting.com, exposing how a single facility problem can cascade across websites, email, DNS management and customer support. Recovery efforts were still underway Thursday, with temperatures falling only after chillers and temporary cooling equipment were brought back online.
The August 13 incident originated at the Phoenix facility where phoenixNAP operates as a tenant.
