The move signals a strategic transformation aimed at aligning the companys brand with its global ambitions and technological evolution after more than two decades of operation.
In 2011, the domain DataCenter.com was sold for $352,500, which was actually a bargain at the time. In 2011, Apple bought the domain iCloud for a stunning $4.5 million.
