AtlasEdge Sells Nine European Data Centers to Templus from Spain

📅 December 16, 2025 - AtlasEdge and Templus have reached an agreement that will see Spanish firm Templus acquire nine data centers from AtlasEdge in a transaction that reshapes parts of the European colocation landscape and signals the next phase of growth strategies for both operators. The facilities are located across major European metropolitan hubs, including Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Zurich, Paris, Amsterdam, London, Leeds and Copenhagen.

The deal remains subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the first half of 2026, with AtlasEdge continuing to operate the sites and serve customers until completion. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
