📅 - Texas is witnessing one of the largest waves of hyperscale data center investment in history, with billions of dollars being committed to new facilities aimed at meeting surging demand for artificial intelligence and cloud computing.
Yondr Group has acquired a 163-acre site in Lancaster, just south of Dallas, where it plans to develop a 550MW data center campus. The project represents a multibillion-dollar undertaking in land, construction, and future operations. At the same time, Vantage Data Centers has announced a record $25 billion investment in Shackelford County to build "Frontier," a 1.4GW mega-campus that will be the largest in its global portfolio.

📅 - NorthC Extends Munich Data Center Lease for 25 Years - European data center operator NorthC has secured the long-term future of its Munich facility by renewing its lease with real estate company Allgemeine Südboden AG. The agreement extends for another 25 years and covers 4,800 square meters of data center space in the Neue Balan campus, one of Munich's most established business districts.
