📅 - Domain registrar and Web hosting provider RegisterFly (registerfly.com) announced on Friday it has officially launched its domain reseller program. The new program enables customers to resell domain names for $6.50 each.
"A large number of our customers approached us about creating a reselling plan that did not require an excessive deposit," says Terry Kocek, VP of sales for RegisterFly. "In addition to no deposit required, we also established the lowest reseller pricing in the industry at only $6.50 each. The response to the reseller program exceeded our expectations; over 10,000 resellers have signed up within the past four weeks alone."
A XML-based API is provided that includes the most common domain management functions and incorporates URL Redirection at no extra cost. In the coming weeks, the company will also make available additional domain name extensions, free privacy protection, SSL certificates and products within the reseller channel.
RegisterFly, an ICANN-accredited registrar, serves more than 900,000 customers in over 120 countries. It offers numerous services, including domain name registration, Web hosting, SSL certificates, email service, site-builder services and Whois privacy protection.
