Telstra and Accenture have announced a groundbreaking global partnership aimed at accelerating Telstra's data and AI strategy through a proposed joint venture (JV). The partnership is set to bolster Telstras network leadership, enhance customer experiences, and streamline operations with advanced AI capabilities.

Accenture will hold a 60% stake in the venture, while Telstra will maintain a 40% share, retaining oversight of its AI and data roadmap, with the JV acting as an enabler.
