Titled Unlocking Enterprise AI: Opportunities and Strategies, the report highlights a stark reality. Only 22% of enterprises feel prepared for AI, yet 85% already use generative AI tools.
While 85% of multinational corporations are using generative AI (GenAI) in at least one business function, only 22% believe their current IT infrastructure is equipped to handle future AI demands.

Conducted by web hosting company 20i, the AI survey of 500 web designers, web developers, digital marketers and copywriters revealed:
