Jul 27, 2006 : VPSLAND Adds Comodo Control Panel

📅 July 27, 2006 - Internet security tools provider Comodo (comodogroup.com) announced that advanced virtual private servers provider VPSLAND (vpsland.com ) will include Comodo's CP+ as the default Web server control panel in its commercial VPS package offerings.

Developed by Comodo's Positive Software division, CP+ enables users to managed their Web hosting accounts, mailboxes and domains, and to implement and deploy e-commerce technologies such as shopping carts. By bundling the control panel free with all hosting plans, VPSLAND says it is further improving the quality and value of service to its customers.

CP+ is a Web-based tool for remote administration of dedicated servers and provides hosting customers with the flexibility to manage Linux based servers with a Window's style point and click interface. Its icon based graphical user interface greatly simplifies the day-to-day management of Web hosting tasks such as DNS management, firewall configuration and email support.

"CP+ enhanced features are the essential foundation to provide end users with a rich server management experience," says Melih Abdulhayoglu, president and CEO of Comodo.
