"Customers can now have more freedom to choose which control panel they use with their hosting, making it easier to edit and manage their Web sites," says Tim Shaw, CEO of Big Wow. "While cPanel is traditionally the industry favorite, many people prefer using a newer product, such as Plesk or DirectAdmin, and this means that our customers do not have to compromise on their preferred control panel to sign up with us."
BigWow says customers can email the company's support department and ask for a free trial so they can be sure they have selected the right control panel for their Web site. The company says this also means that current cPanel customers can switch to Plesk or DirectAdmit if they prefer a different control panel.
DirectAdmin, Plesk and cPanel all cost the same and are available on all of Big Wow's shared hosting plans.
