Oct 18, 2006 : Exhale Deploys Intermedia.NET Email
📅 - Spa brand exhale (exhalespa.com) announced on Tuesday it has outsourced its email hosting to Intermedia.NET (intermedia.net). According to Intermedia, the deal will save exhale 70 percent off the cost of an in-house email server.
With multiple locations nationwide and an expanding staff, exhale turned to Intermedia for a scalable email system that fully managed by the hosting provider. Intermedia's tools and Web-based control panel will enable new staff members to set up an email address within minutes.
"We love the features of Microsoft Exchange, like group calendaring, contacts that are always synced and simple add-ons like BlackBerry service," says Stefani Gellman, VP of marketing at exhale. "And with exhale's growth across the US, getting email that is always up-to-date on any PC, Web browser or handheld is a fantastic benefit."
Intermedia's hosted Exchange service provides smaller companies with corporate-grade email, a tier-one data center, clustered servers and SAN storage and fully-managed security and daily backups, without the huge investment of building in-house.
