Website Security Solutions Provider #SiteLock Acquired by Private Equity Firm

📅 April 13, 2018 - ABRY Partners, a North America based private equity form, founded in 1989 and currently managing over $5.0 billion of capital in their active funds, has acquired SiteLock (sitelock.com) – a global provider of website security solutions. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Founded in 2008, SiteLock is a provider of cloud-based, comprehensive website security solutions. Its "innovative and award-winning" website security products protect more than 12 million websites globally. In 2017, SiteLock was named by Deloitte (www2.deloitte.com) as the fastest growing software company in Arizona for the third consecutive year, and the fastest growing company in Arizona overall.
