Dec 13, 2016 : Police Crack Down on DDoS Tools


📅 - Police agencies internationally are cracking down on people using DDoS tools. Europol announced Monday that 34 people have been arrested so far. Law enforcement agencies from Australia, Belgium, France, Hungary, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, the UK and the FBI carried out a joint operation to target individuals with access to the “Netspoof” stresser, which is a DDoS tool available on the dark web.

Most of the suspects have been described as young men under the age of 20.
