New Deal Shows HP Dropping Salesforce for Microsoft Dynamics
📅 - The CRM provider of HP Inc, was Salesforce, but now it's Microsoft Dynamics. The company announced they have switched CRM providers. HP was already using Microsoft Office 365, Azure and other services, so the move makes sense.
Along with this move, Microsoft announced they plan to merge the CRM with the enterprise resource management offering to create Microsoft Dynamics 365. This program will include apps built for business functions.
