📅 - United Internet AG is currently considering the possibility of a bid for Host Europe Group Ltd. The company is owned by Cinven Ltd. and it's a web hosting and internet domain registry company.
Currently, United Internet is working with advisers and trying to come up with a potential bid for the company. They have yet to make a full decision on whether they will place a bid or not.

Following the acquisition, Fiber added 5 new US cities to its markets, as announced on Wednesday. Cities include the Bay Area, San Diego, Miami, Chicago, and Boston. Terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed.
Webpass was founded in 2003 and offers business and residential internet connection starting from 10 Mbps (business) to 100 Mbps (residential) and up to gigabit service.
