📅 - Cosentry, a fast-growing managed hosting provider found in Omaha, Nebraska, was recently acquired by TierPoint. The deal will make Cosentry a subsidiary of Tierpoint and the former owner, TA Associated, will remain as a significant investor in TierPoint.
TierPoint is a US cloud hosting, managed services, colocation and disaster recovery solutions company. The acquisition of Cosentry means they will add nine data centers to their portfolio found all across the Midwest. .
