📅 - IBM has acquired another company in Cleversafe, INC. The company develops and manufactures object-based storage applications and software. Financial terms for the deal were not disclosed by either company. Cleversafe's entire portfolio will be integrated into the IBM Cloud business.
Cleversafe was founded in 2004 and was a privately held company in Chicago. They had more than 350 patents for on premise storage solutions and object-based storage solutions. .
