📅 - DeClout, a cloud computing company recently acquired the Internet Service Provider assets of Pacnet. DeClout is headquartered in Singapore and has been around since 2010. They have a global presence with operations in more than 80 countries.
This new deal will help the company to expand their reach in the Southeast Asian market. They plan to expand the customer base in this area.
With the acquisition, they will also get the Pacific Internet trademarks from Singapore and add 3,000 new customers to the company. .
