New features have been added including Silverlight reports and charts, new message attachment and attachment thumbnail views, and user-definable columns for contacts, calendars, and tasks. SmarterStats 4.X gives users web log analytics in a new web interface that includes a full complement of standard and custom reports, data mining, geographic mapping and more. The software's newest features include Silverlight charts and graphs, web-based log viewer, spider and bot identification and reporting, and more.
It further explains that SmarterTrack 4.X is a powerful help desk application built for tracking, managing, and reporting on customer service and communication, including sales and support issues. Features include a customer service portal, live chat, real-time tracking of customers as they navigate websites, and self-service resources such as Knowledge Base and news items.
