📅 - Customer approval program operator RatePoint (ratepoint.com) announced on Monday that it has added new features that focus on helping businesses better connect with customers and manage their online reputation more efficiently.
Some of the new features in the updated offering include the ability to create custom surveys, management of all contacts directly from a RatePoint Business Center account, an easy-to-use suite of tools designed to help businesses collect and promote customer feedback and reviews, and the option to promote special offers and savings on products through customized coupons.
"The new capabilities of the RatePoint platform provide an integrated communication and feedback system for businesses through innovative features like surveys, address book and email functionality and other feedback tools," says Neal Creighton, co-founder and CEO of RatePoint. "Where businesses might have used multiple point solutions such as Constant Contact or other feedback and survey solutions, they can now use a single, easy-to-use platform to easily collect authentic customer feedback and communicate with customers, ultimately improving overall customer service and the management of any businesses reputation."
Last month, RatePoint partnered with e-commerce security company ControlScan.
