Q9 offers a fully managed site-to-site VPN solutionthat allows customers to securely and remotely accessinformation residing on servers in Q9 data centres.The solution provides a dedicated VPN appliance at thecustomer's office and within the local Q9 data centre.Base VPN services include the initial configuration ofVPN appliances and their ongoing management. Alsoincluded is configuration maintenance, 24x7 monitoringof tunnel status to ensure VPN connections are active,and rapid hardware replacement of appliances locatedin Q9 data centres.
