Broadwing Breaks Provisioning and Bandwidth Capacity Records

(broadwing.com), today shattered industry records by delivering 38 OC-192 (380 gigabits) circuits spanning the nation in less than 60 days, breaking both bandwidth capacity and provisioning benchmarks via its all-optical switched network.
