👈 Official Responses: 0) expanded their range of services yesterday by introducing advanced load balancing and complex cluster server hosting services.
The services, which make use of Radware's WSD-Pro+ technology, will allow the company to offer a wider range of features to clients and reduce overall network downtime.
"Many companies and organizations are seeking more advanced, more secure load balancing and server-clustering solutions in order to maintain complex, fault tolerant and secure Internet infrastructures," said Haralds Jass, Superb's President and CEO, in a release. "We will continue to focus on improving and expanding our level of services to our hosting customers."
Load balancing allows Web hosts to re-distribute the traffic load of a single Web site across a number of servers in order to maintain maximum speeds and efficiency. Server clusters are groups of front and back-end servers grouped together to perform functions like data replication and mirroring.
The improvements are part of a number of moves the company has made recently to attract new clientele and improve the service offerings it makes to its existing ones.
"We are also currently working in adding some additional services, such as streaming media hosting, live streaming and multiplexing, and other advanced services," Jass recently told The Web Host Industry Review. "We believe in diversifying our services so that we can meet the needs of a large spectrum of customers, and thus, in case of a market downturn in any one segment, are not greatly effected."
