Roxio Selects Totality for Infrastructure Monitoring, Management

Totality will support roxio.com, Roxio's popular download site for digitalmedia products. Roxio will leverage Totality's ManageWare Plus service,which includes 24x7 monitoring, availability, performance and changemanagement, and ongoing problem diagnosis and resolution services. "Owning 70 percent of the CD-recording software market means that Roxioexperiences heavy site traffic and transaction volume every day," said Guyde Meester, director of global information services at Roxio. "So Totality'sproven track record in e-business application management made it the logicalmanagement and monitoring choice for Roxio."
