Before Ventro Corporation, White was vice president of Global ManagedDesktop Services at Merrill Lynch where he was responsible for defining andimplementing one of the largest desktop managed services programs inhistory.
Mr. White has also served as vice president in IT operations roles forAmerican Express and Credit Suisse First Boston, with responsibility forinfrastructure engineering and data center operations on a global scale. Asvice president and practice manager for Hudson Williams, Inc. Mr. Whitedeveloped that firm's Operations Management consulting practice. Afrequently requested guest speaker at industry conferences, Mr. White haslectured on such topics as "Best Practices for High Availability," "Buildinga UNIX Help Desk," and "Financial Impact of IT Asset Management."
