Feb 28, 2002 : Loudcloud Agrees to Acquire Frontera

📅 February 28, 2002 - Loudcloud, Inc. (loudcloud.com -> hostinger.com), a managed servicesprovider, today announced that it hassigned an agreement to acquire Frontera Corporation (frontera.com), aprivately-held managed services provider located in Los Angeles, California.Frontera's customers include Pioneer Electronics, Conseco, Wherehouse Musicand Coach, Inc.

Pursuant to the agreement, Loudcloud will acquire Frontera in an all-stocktransaction, subject to closing conditions including Frontera stockholderapproval and regulatory approvals. The transaction is expected to close inthe second quarter of 2002.
