Redundant Networks, AVCOM Partner to Offer Data Center Solutions

📅 May 7, 2002 - Managed service and co-location firm Redundant Networks (redundant.com) said today it had partnered with AVCOM, a provider of IT infrastructure, to provide IT products and managed services from Redundant Network's two bi-coastal data centers.

The agreement, which will enable AVCOM clients to use its two data centers based in Reno, NV and Raleigh, NC, will also see the two companies collaborate on sales and marketing efforts. AVCOM provides a wide range of IT services that include network architecture, hardware and software installations, infrastructure consulting and database services.
"This joint offering is a win-win for our customers. Our combined clientele will benefit from the use of Redundant Networks' two data centers and AVCOM's ability to help Redundant Networks design solutions and deploy the type of equipment they require," said Brad Bishop, CEO of AVCOM.
