The contract includes the management of dedicated servers running Microsoft platforms, as well as a back-end database system hosted on a shared server running a dedicated SQL Database. According to ASPGulf, Canon ME is the first multi-national company in imaging and business solutions to host its warranty management applications in the region. The solution is also the first CRM application of its kind to be hosted in the region, says the company. ASPGulf says its managed hosting services provided Canon ME with a range of managed service options for hosting its business applications in a secure and reliable data center. The company is providing a complete solution for the hosted CRM application, managing the application and database servers from ASPGulf's data center in Dubai.
