📅 - WebSideStory, Inc. (websidestory.com), the creators of HitBox Web stats and analytics services, and Atomz (atomz.com), a provider of enterprise Web site software, today announced an alliance to provide an end-to-end solution incorporating Web site search, content management and Web analytics.
Under the agreement, the companies, which both provide ASP services, will integrate numerous products and work on several joint marketing projects. According to the companies, the services offered as a result of the collaboration will help businesses improve online customer satisfaction, generate more sales leads and better monetize content.
"Increasingly, our customers are asking for services like HitBox that help maximize the usability, responsiveness and profitability of their Web sites," said Steve Kusmer, CEO of Atomz. "WebSideStory's HitBox is the standard for online marketing analytics and optimization. Atomz is the leading provider of Web site search and content management. By integrating our two companies' solutions, we can better serve our joint customers."
Jeff Lunsford, CEO of WebSideStory, said the alliance "will provide much greater insight into online customer behavior, leading to improved return on investment."
