I opened this account on Feb 14, 2007 and sent cancelation email on March 1, 2007. Since then I have sent cancelation email several times and not received any communication from this vendor. I tried to transfer 12 websites to their server and had problems with MySQL and 6 of the URL did not resolve to their name server after 1 week. They offer tech support via MSN but they have not been online since March 1st when I attempted to communicate that I wanted to cancel this account. As soon as I said "hello" they closed the connection and it has not been open since. I am unable to make any contact with this company. I would recomend you use another hosting service.
