Would NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPE PRO

Shoppe Pro claims world class service. They're service is anything but world class. If one of 4 employees goes on vacation, they completely take down phone support. If you ARE NOT TECH SAAVY, do not use Shoppe Pro. You'll be left with only only line chat and required to submit desktop photo errors one at a time. I had email down for 24 hours with my business and have been a customer for over 4 years. My business nor my customer loyalty to Shoppe Pro apparently matters.

I am searching for a compatible ecommerce company that values their customer and moving on quickly.

It is important to note that Mrs. Shaulis’ issue has been resolved and she is still a client of ShoppePro. If it were possible to have removed this review Mrs. Shaulis has indicated she would have done so.

Client satisfaction is our primary concern at ShoppePro and that vast majority of our clients have indicated they are very satisfied with the products and services we provide as well as the way in which we support our clients. We offer Top-Notch, friendly, customer support available virtually 24/7 our Online Help Desk, and our active Community Forums. Our support representatives are quick, knowledgeable, and friendly, providing quick answers and quick solutions to any issues you might have. Average response time is less than an hour, and most often tickets are answered within minutes. Based on customer feedback we began offering live chat and phone support during times that were most convenient to our clients (Monday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm).

We are a small company of 4 people founded by a Work at Home Mom. While this does give us insight into some of the issues our small-business clients face everyday, it does mean occasionally our live chat and phone support are taken down. However, this is only done when our dedicated chat/phone representative is gone and not when any of our employees is away as the review indicates. We would love to offer continual uninterrupted phone and chat support but have chosen to use our current business model to provide affordable hosting solutions to our clients, the vast majority of whom appreciate the prices and support we offer.
