I must say this has been the strangest thing I have got involved in.
I paid up the initial start amount over 2 weeks. They said I needed to pay the entire amount, which I finally did 2 says ago,
I sent a help ticket in and they activated my reseller account. I had received 3 letters saying they needed verification by me faxing my identification to them to verify my paypal deposits, which is fine, I actually like that, except, its a long distance phone number to who knows where..they wanted photo ID etc..to who is this going? This isnt going to paypal!!!
THEN, when they activated me, I noticed that all you get is this strange reseller panel, not a "cpanel" that I recognize. Then I noticed the links did not work, the site would not update etc..
I sent another problem ticket and said hey, some of the links dont work...
they then replied that they would have to send me back my money if they dont get the stuff they wanted me to fax them and because my phone number was inaccurate..HUH?
Well, they added a 01 to the front of my number, knocking off the last two digits, and guess what it doesn't reflect my phone number...YEA NIMRODS...we dont put a 01 in front of our phone numbers here so OF COURSE that isn't my phone number..
sent them a nasty gram..why was my account activated and my problem ticket responded to "IF WE DONT GET YOUR FAX YOUR MONEY WILL BE SENT BACK AND YOUR PHONE NUMBER IS NOT VIABLE"
if its not rectified...tomorrow...my money better be refunded asap...
