Their DNS control panel feature are horrible. But the worst is when we have to transfer the domain out from there.
1. All other Domain Name Registrar's give the option to get the TRANSFER SECRET or AUTHCODE so that a user can move out of their services. In their case it has to be request for on the phone. There is no way to request for this information by raising a trouble ticket.
2. All other Domain Name Registrar's give the option to get the LOCK or UNLOCK the domain, so that a user can protect their domain name. In their case it has to be request for on the phone. There is no way to request for this information by raising a trouble ticket.
3. More over, they take very long to solve problems. Everything takes 24-48 hours to revert back to you and they never revert back. We have to call back and when we do, they say the problem has been escalated and tell us it will take 24-48 hours to get resolved.
The same repeats and you could be waiting for the next 3-4 weeks in this circle.
They are the worst Domain Name Registrar's on the planet. Have not seen anyone worse than them as yet.
