"Loving" Hosting has absolutely dismal customer service. I wanted to purchase a domain from them initially because they accepted Paypal and very few domain registrars are willing to do that. So, I transferred $7.00 from my Paypal balance to them to pay for the domain. However, they deducted a fee from that so my $7.00 ended up being $6.40 and wasn't enough to buy the domain. I asked them for a refund, so that I could transfer about $7.60 to them to pay for the domain after the Paypal fees would be deducted. They refused to issue me a refund and demanded that I transfer at least $5.00 from my Paypal to them, which means that my domain would cost at least 50% more than what is it actually worth! I tried telling them that I would honestly transfer around $7.50 back if they could give me a refund so that I could buy the domain and that I didn't want to pay the $5 extra. After emails and emails of explaining fruitlessly and issuing a Paypal claim, they finally refunded me and then proceeded onto insulting me as a "dishonest" customer! What rude people! I then sent an e-mail back saying that I was extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and would not hesitate in expressing this to the online community. They tried to cheat me of my money. I never again want to deal with this dishonest company, and the rest of the world shouldn't have to either.
First of all, please accept our sincere apologize for your case. As per my review, this is mainly due to communication issue. We will try our best to improve our support quality for sure.
