i took hosting from hostingfarms.com few months ago ... i checked their website. .. i liked the plans .. and when i placed order their .. their executives call on my mobile 5-6 times in a day to pay for order i placed. ... well that time i was in market. . and i finally paid for that. ......... after that i had some problems with my hosting ... first of all i was not able to configure my outlook according the settings they have provided in their control panel ... i submitted a ticket. . .and they never replied it ... they have 5 ids of gmail for live support and 4-5 ids of yahoo messenger ... but their 1 or 2 ids are online ... and if we ask them any query .. they dont know anything ... their server was down once for 5-6 hours a day.. i sent them email they never replied.. even their own website was also not working ....i was frustrated by them ... i asked them for refund...first they said that they will return it within 2-3 days. . . but it took around 1 month they returned back .. daily they are making new new excuses ... i had to talk to them daily for refund to get my money back ... ... finally they returned but my domain is still registered by them .. i m using it too .. i needed a help for my domain ..i asked them .. and they said that "we cannot help u all the day" that was their wording. .. their live support staff is un-experienced .. they dont know anything .. ... whatever we ask them .. they just put us on hold to ask their seniors ....

they returned my money.... but they are not good hosting providers.... they are just fresher in this line ... they cannot help u out after you pay..... you dont have rights to ask them anything about your account/domain or hosting .....
thats all ... i dont want to share some other chat which we did. ...
