There is not another webhosting company that would do this. I shopped around, and got automated service or a service center where attitudes were questionable, definitely not helpful. We were having major issues with other cart services. We could not find a programmer that could give us what we needed in the time we needed it. Sean at Earth Skater saved the day. With out Sean's expertise and can do attitude we would not be up and running. We are very happy with the level of service from Earth Skater and would recommend them to anyone starting a new business or updating their web presence.

I have met more than my share of flakes and waited on quite a few people to produce the the most basic information to post on our website during these many months...it has made my 'middleman' job a nightmare:) You on the other hand always surprise me with your availability, concise responses and follow through; If everyone worked like this, we would be a A LOT further along in this precarious world of 'start-up land'!

I have been hunting high and low for 8 months to find a shopping cart solution that would handle my product load of over 50,000 products at an affordable price. While just searching online, I came across Earth Skater and took a look at what they had to offer. Sounded good I thought, so I decided to roll the dice and sign up. I am so very glad I did.
The folks at Earth Skater worked with me tirelessly to make sure I had the website I wanted. They went above and beyond the call of duty and exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Earth Skater is a very helpful resource and willing to do whatever they can to accommodate a request. Timely replies to emails and phone calls. They even answered a question I had and it was after midnight!
It's been a great experience and I can honestly say if you're looking for a shopping cart solution and a company that's going to treat you right, then look no further than Earth Skater. They have plenty of other services too, so they are pretty much your one stop shop to get your website up and running.

I was launching an affiliate program and needed a custom checkout built fast. Earth Skater took on the project. My experience with programmers in the past have not been the best. However, to sum it up, Earth Skater was extremely professional, got the job done exactly the way we wanted and communicated in a very timely manner throughout the whole project. Long story short is told by looking at my website. I wanted is crisp, easy to navigate and fast. It has taken a lot of work to get to what Google says is a 3200 page website (we do a lot of cross promoting of products). In the approximate five years we’ve worked together, there has never been a day when we didn’t have an improvement project on the site itself or internet marketing.
I never expected we would have many sales on the site, I set it up to entice people to call the store, since most of them understand little about our products.
Anyway, the reason I wanted to recommend Earth Skater to you is that they are dedicated to their customers, like you and me. Earth Skater has built my website into what I think is better than any of my competitors as good as any one the net. I call my contact Sean to discuss something that would take me a half a day to create or change and the next day I see he’s done.
